Getting the Band Together
CSS Rockstar’s founding members, Terry Noel and Matt Cram, decided that after years of looking at and talking about web design that it was time to take our show on the virtual road.
“I am constantly telling friends and fellow designers to check out a site I found,” says lead design, Matt Cram. “It just made sense to start making a record of these sites and share them with others. Maybe other people will be interested in the same things… maybe not. Either way, it is kinda cool.”
Code manager Terry Noel, “There are lots of great designs on the web giving plenty of ways to get inspired. CSS Rockstar is a way for us to praise sites that we think are awesome and to make a sort of collection out of it.”
Both web professionals, Matt and Terry have been talking about a shared project for years. “We kept waiting for the perfect project but we decided that maybe it was better to just get started and see where that lead. Right now the project is sort of a minimal one with just one simple focus. Our main goal is to just enjoy the process and sharing our love of design with others. If something comes of that, all the better.”
